Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Doral, Florida.

Miami-Dade County: Free standard shipping on all orders.

Outside Miami-Dade: We ship to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
