Purée & Dreams started with a supply chain problem. Our founders come from the produce industry, with more than 15 years of experience sourcing perishable fruit from Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Chile and other growing regions. They saw how much flavor was lost between the farm and the glass. Most syrups on the market rely on flavorings. The fruit itself is an afterthought.
We built Purée & Dreams around the fruit. We source Latin American fruit, make it into purée, and turn it into cocktail syrups. Strawberry, Mango, Passion Fruit, Guava, Pineapple and Lychee are the core of the line, and each flavor is built to taste like the fruit it came from.
Our syrups are made for working kitchens and bars. They come in 600 ml bottles, packed 8 to a case, for bars, hotels and kitchens nationwide.
Purée & Dreams is part of Dreams Brand Family, alongside Garnishes & Dreams, our dehydrated fruit garnish line. We make the flavor and the finish for the same drink.
We are a family-run company, and we are still building. Our goal is simple: to make the syrup that bartenders and chefs choose again after the first order.
