Espresso Crema Affogato made with Purée & Dreams syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Purée & Dreams Espresso Crema Infused Syrup (SKU: ESPCRM6ML)
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Hot brewed espresso
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Place the vanilla ice cream in a small glass or bowl.
  2. Stir the espresso crema syrup into the hot espresso.
  3. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice cream and serve immediately.
