Ingredients: 2 oz Pisco (or Tequila), 1 oz Purée & Dreams Guayaba Syrup, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 1 Egg White (or 1 oz Aquafaba).
Instructions: Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a few drops of bitters on the foam.
Garnish: Dry Guava.
