Tokyo Sour
Ingredients:

2 oz Japanese Whisky (or Bourbon)

1 oz Yuzu Citrus Blend Infused Syrup (SKU: YUZ6ML)

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon juice

1 Egg white (or aquafaba)
Method: Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice, shake vigorously again, and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish: A few drops of Angostura bitters gracefully dragged into a pattern.
