Bright Lemon Special Sour

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Amaretto or Whiskey

    • 1 oz Lemon Infused Syrup (SKU: LEM6ML )

    • 0.5 oz Egg white or Aquafaba

  • Method: Shake without ice first, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass.

  • Garnish: A dehydrated lemon slice and a dash of bitters on the foam.
