Blue Lagoon Strawberry Pureé

Ingredients

1.5 oz (45 ml) Vodka

1 oz (30 ml) Blue Curaçao liqueu

0.5 oz (15 ml) Strawberry syrup (adjust if you prefer it sweeter)

3 to 4 oz (90-120 ml) Lemonade (or a lemon-lime soda like Sprite/7Up)

Ice cubes

Garnish: A fresh strawberry slice and a lemon wheel

Instructions
Fill the Glass: Fill a tall highball or hurricane glass to the top with ice cubes.

Add the Base: Pour in the vodka, Blue Curaçao, and strawberry syrup.

Top it Off: Fill the rest of the glass with lemonade or lemon-lime soda.

Mix: Stir gently with a long spoon to combine the ingredients (watch the color change as the red and blue mix!).

Garnish: Garnish the rim of the glass with a lemon wheel and a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately.

Bartender's Tip: If you want to keep the drink looking a bit more blue, you can swap the red strawberry syrup for a clear strawberry-flavored vodka or a clear strawberry liqueur instead.
