Mixology Tokyo Sour The Flavor Profile: Silky texture with a sharp, vibrant, and elegantly floral citrus bite. Ingredients:

• 2 oz Japanese Whisky (or Bourbon)

• 1 oz Yuzu Citrus Blend Infused Syrup (SKU: YUZ6ML)

• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon juice

• 1 Egg white (or aquafaba)

Method: Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice, shake vigorously again, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish: A few drops of Angostura bitters gracefully dragged into a pattern.
